  • Intranet, Internet, and mobile application enhancements
  • Crisis Management and Business Continuity

Within the 10+ years of her tenure, Elizabeth has gathered requirements, analyzed processes, created project plans, tested prototypes, and supported successful product launches – inclusive of end-user training.  She has also led Crisis Management Command Centers during application failures or natural disasters like Hurricane Sandy at Citigroup; ensuring staff can successfully work despite these situations.  Prior to, Elizabeth received both her B.S. in Software Engineering & Management and MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

As a mother of 5, Elizabeth navigates a professional environment where diversity recruitment, retention, promotion, and leadership are abysmal at best.  Lessons learned from her “unicorn” experiences (e.g. being the only minority in a Science or Math class, the only woman in an Engineering class, the only double minority in group meetings, extreme work/life balance, etc.) are the bedrock of knowledge she imparts to associates and family members via informal mentorship.

Elizabeth loves to solve problems.  Connect on LinkedIn to begin solving problems with her or to learn more: (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lizjenerson).
